Welcome to Secrets by Lorie, your go-to certified makeup artist in State College, PA. My name is Lorie Litzinger and I've been in the beauty services field for quite some time. I have traveled to several large cities for training and certifications in my unique fields of work. I have performed thousands of procedures since 2001. I proudly hold, one of few in the nation, a Master's Certification in permanent makeup from The American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Dallas, TX.
